Quality is our top priority. We have a strict internal quality control system to monitor key parameters like smoothness, whiteness, and moisture content during production. For our food-grade cup stock, we provide third-party testing reports (such as SGS) to ensure compliance with safety standards. We are happy to share our latest test reports with you.

How do you pack the paper to prevent damage during international shipping?
We use export-standard, moisture-proof packaging to ensure the paper arrives in perfect condition. Our standard packaging includes plastic film wrapping, waterproof paper, and reinforced wooden pallets with corner protectors. We also offer shrink-wrap options to maximize space and protect against humidity during ocean freight.

Our standard production lead time is typically 15-20 days after order confirmation, depending on the volume and customization requirements.
